By using BlipFiles, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service Description
BlipFiles offers free and paid online tools for PDF file manipulation, including splitting, merging, compressing, converting, protecting and unlocking documents.
Services are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time, with or without prior notice.
3. Acceptable Use
By using BlipFiles, you agree to:
- Not upload files containing illegal, defamatory, offensive material or that violate third-party rights;
- Not attempt to bypass technical limits, usage quotas or security systems;
- Not use our services for fraudulent or bad-faith purposes;
- Be responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights over the files you process;
- Not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
4. User Accounts
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities performed in your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.
5. Paid Plans and Payments
BlipFiles offers paid subscription plans processed via Stripe. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the contracted cycle. Cancellation can be done at any time through the management portal.
Amounts paid are non-refundable, unless required by law. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
6. Files and Privacy
Uploaded files are processed on our servers and automatically deleted after processing (typically within minutes). We do not store, analyze or share the content of your documents.

7. Intellectual Property
All BlipFiles content — including logo, design, code and texts — is owned by us or licensed to us, protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You retain all rights to the files you upload; we only process them temporarily to deliver the requested service.
8. Limitation of Liability
BlipFiles is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss or damages caused by technical failures, unavailability or misuse of the service.
Although we strive to keep the service available and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we identify violation of these terms, fraudulent activity or abusive use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notice on the site. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the consumer's domicile court, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
